Whether you’re trying to take your boxing to the next level or starting out and would like a little extra help getting everything all down, private sessions may be for you. Each private boxing lesson will focus on improving your boxing fundamentals.
We’ll work on improving your technique because it’s technique that helps you deliver a powerful punch. We’ll work on defense so that you’re able to block shots thrown at you while delivering your own punches.

Yes, you can take as many as you would like!
If you are a current member, you can attend the camp at no additional charge. However, if you just do the camp without membership, you will only have access for the month.
Young women as young as 12 and older can participate in our events.
To some extent, yes. Every event and seminar will be unique. Therefore, we encourage you to observe each event to see the event agenda.
