Our Six-Week Nutrition Challenge is a guided program designed to help women fuel their bodies for energy, strength, and recovery. Each challenge includes meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists — with the option for personalized weekly check-ins for accountability and support.
The challenge is open to both members of Women’s Boxing Int’l and non-members. Members receive discounted pricing, but non-members are welcome to join and benefit from the program as well.
The Basic Plan includes our complete PDF Nutrition Guide, recipes, meal plans, and grocery shopping lists. The Plan + Weekly Check-Ins adds personalized accountability through one-on-one check-ins each week, plus guidance to help you stay consistent and motivated.
Weekly check-ins give you accountability and personalized feedback to keep you on track. Instead of following a plan alone, you’ll have guidance to adjust your meals, celebrate wins, and overcome challenges in real time. This added support helps participants stay motivated, stick to their goals, and see better results in energy, performance, and body composition.
