Who can join the Nutrition Challenge?

The challenge is open to both members of Women’s Boxing Int’l and non-members. Members receive discounted pricing, but non-members are welcome to join and benefit from the program as well.

What’s the difference between the Basic Plan and the Plan + Weekly Check-Ins?

The Basic Plan includes our complete PDF Nutrition Guide, recipes, meal plans, and grocery shopping lists. The Plan + Weekly Check-Ins adds personalized accountability through one-on-one check-ins each week, plus guidance to help you stay consistent and motivated.

How do weekly check-ins improve results?

Weekly check-ins give you accountability and personalized feedback to keep you on track. Instead of following a plan alone, you’ll have guidance to adjust your meals, celebrate wins, and overcome challenges in real time.
