If you’re ready to take boxing to the next level and start fighting competitively, this is a great option for you. We will do one on one sessions to hone your skills and start taking defense and technique to the next level. We?ll focus on endurance so you can go into the fight feeling confident to go the distance.

We’ll set up sparring sessions so that you can get practice with other teammates. From start to finish, this will make you feel more confident to step into the ring.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH BOXING BEFORE I TAKE A CAMP?

No, not at all! In the camp, we start from scratch and spend four weeks teaching you how to box!

Yes, you can take as many as you would like!

IS THE CAMP AN ADDITIONAL COST ON TOP OF THE MEMBERSHIP?

If you are a current member, you can attend the camp at no additional charge. However, if you just do the camp without membership, you will only have access for the month.

Young women as young as 12 and older can participate in our events.

DO I HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO BOX TO ATTEND BOXING EVENTS AND SEMINARS?

To some extent, yes. Every event and seminar will be unique. Therefore, we encourage you to observe each event to see the event agenda.
